Getting Started

It’s simple: YOU want results and we want you to get the most out of your experience here at CrossFit Breakout.  The best way to do that is starting off in the right direction, following these 3 steps.

Step 1: TRY

Come to any one of our regularly scheduled classes by RSVPing through WODHOPPER (upper left corner of each page) and see what we’re all about.  Meet our coaches and members of the Breakout family.

Step 2: LEARN

Our Foundations program is a series of 3 to 5 one-on-one sessions where you will learn the key fundamentals and concepts of CrossFit, get to know our coaches and have an opportunity to develop specific and personalized goals.  Once you have completed these sessions, you will be ready to join our programmed classes where you will get to know your new Breakout family and determine which class time(s) work best for you. Completion of our Foundations course is a requirement for members who are new to CrossFit in order to ensure proper form, technique and range of motion. Experienced CrossFitters may be eligible to test out of these sessions.

Step 3: JOIN

We offer a variety of membership options and rates designed to meet your fitness goals and lifestyle, including:

  • Unlimited monthly
  • Individual and couples
  • 3x per week
  • Punch cards (individual classes)
  • Discounted rates for First Responders and students
  • Personal Training
