Our new, 6-week specialty course, GymNASTY begins August 14th! This course will progress you through a variety of CrossFit gymnastics movements and skills, and is open to "beginners" and "seasoned" athletes. Join us for Mobility with Coach Jordyn on Wednesday nights from 7:00 - 7:45pm. Increasing mobility will not only rid you of those aches/pains, it will increase your athletic abilities and help prevent injuries. Increasing your range of motion will allow you to perform lifts the way they were meant to be, which means you'll be hitting those PRs you have been striving for before you know it! Questions?
